Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort to tables, and present menus, specials, and promotions.
Take orders, enter them into POS accurately, and communicate modifications to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages, ensuring correct portioning, presentation, and temperature.
Monitor tableware and replenish items to maintain a neat dining area.
Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance and refills.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service and accurate order delivery.
Communicate dietary restrictions to kitchen and ensure meals meet requirements.
Relay guest feedback to management for prompt resolution.
