Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a hospitality team member to serve food and beverages with precision and courtesy. You will greet guests, take orders, input into POS, and deliver items while ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

The role requires knowledge of liquor regulations under state law, a valid Food Handler Card and TABC license, and a focus on safety and cleanliness during all shifts.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Food Handler Card or be in certification process.
• Must have a valid TABC license.
• Knowledge of state and corporate liquor regulations for service to guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and explain specials and promotions.
• Take and input orders into the POS system accurately.
• Deliver orders promptly and replenish beverages as needed.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and check back for needs.
• Adhere to safety, health, and liquor regulations.
• Assist with general cleaning and side work as assigned.
