Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a courteous server to provide food and beverage service at our Houston property. You will take and input orders, ensure accurate delivery, and strive for high guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include promoting specials, adhering to liquor regulations, and supporting team members. Shifts vary due to 24/7 operations; training and benefits such as health insurance and PTO are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Food Handler Card or be in the process of certification.
• Must hold a valid TABC license.
• Basic English for customer service communications.
• Knowledge of State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations for serving alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and explain specials.
• Record and repeat orders to guests for accuracy.
• Input orders into POS and relay details to kitchen.
• Deliver orders to guests with condiments and check for satisfaction.
• Adhere to liquor regulations and age verification policies.
• Assist with bussing, side work, and cleaning as needed.
• Present checks to guests and handle payments.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a neat appearance.
