Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly bartender to serve beverages and food to guests at the lounge, ensuring timely, courteous service and guest satisfaction. You will greet guests, take orders, mix and garnishes drinks, and act as cashier for the lounge.

Responsibilities include maintaining bar setup, stocking supplies, handling cash and room-service orders, and upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematics and cash handling skills.
• Knowledge of liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcohol to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Familiarity with beverage preparation and service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, document drink orders and promote items.
• Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard recipes.
• Maintain bar stock and daily setup; stock beverages and supplies.
• Handle cash, process charges, and balance money at end of shift.
• Input orders for room service and operate POS; generate guest checks.
• Follow health, safety, and company policies; keep a clean work area.
