Job summary

Bigwhiskeys is seeking a friendly server in Springfield, MO to provide warm, responsive service that creates a memorable dining experience for every guest.

You will welcome guests promptly, explain specials, take accurate orders, deliver meals quickly, handle payments, and help maintain a clean, inviting dining area. Previous service experience preferred; teamwork and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service experience.
• Ability to communicate in the predominant language of guests.
• Basic knowledge of dining room procedures and functions.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle money.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within 30 seconds and make them feel welcome.
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders; ensure accuracy.
• Deliver orders to guests promptly.
• Maintain clean service areas and pre-bus tables.
• Prepare final bill and handle payments.
• Support fellow staff to ensure smooth service.
• Thank guests and invite return.
