Big Whiskey's of Northwest Arkansas in Rogers, AR is seeking a friendly server to provide attentive, responsive service and create an exceptional dining experience that encourages guests to return.

You will greet guests within 30 seconds, explain specials, take orders, relay them to kitchen and bar via Micros system, deliver meals promptly, handle payments, and work with the team to keep dining areas clean and efficient.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of service experience.
• Must be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions.
• Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a Micros system.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and greet guests within 30 seconds.
• Introduce yourself.
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
• Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guest will enjoy.
• Answer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant functions and services.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders into the Micros system, double-check accuracy, relay orders to kitchen and bar.
• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner.
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by the service station assignment.
• Anticipate guests' needs (napkins, refills, etc.).
• Build regulars and maintain clean service areas.
• Monitor guest dining experience and respond promptly to requests.
• Prepare final bill, present the check, accept payment, and process charges.
