Job summary

Big Whiskey's American Restaurant & Bar is seeking a server to provide friendly, responsive service and create a memorable dining experience for guests. You will greet guests promptly, explain specials, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, then handle payment and offer post-dining assistance.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and ability to work standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of service experience.
• Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Possess basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate a Micros system.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests within 30 seconds and make them feel comfortable.
• Introduce yourself and inform guests of specials and menu changes.
• Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately via the Micros system.
• Deliver orders in a timely manner and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Prepare final bill, present the check, and process payments.
