Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience required.
• Standing for long periods (up to 5 hours).
• Clear and effective communication in the language of our guests.
• Exceptional grooming habits.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet all guests on arrival.
• Open the front door for guests when possible.
• Record guest names and party size when immediate seating is limited.
• Call out name and party number when tables become available.
• Provide guests with estimated waiting time.
• Accommodate special seating requests where possible.
• Seat guests based on preferences and balance customer flow.
• Help bus tables and keep floors clean.
• Keep hostess stand and closet clean and stocked.
• Clean all windows in the foyer.
• Stock bathrooms and perform hourly checks.
• Offer menus and introduce servers at seating; inspect table presentation.
