Job summary

V Pizza is seeking hospitality-minded servers to greet guests, provide menu information, take orders on Toast POS, and keep the dining area clean and inviting.

You will handle payments, maintain station readiness, and collaborate with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure accurate orders and smooth service.

Qualifications include comfortable guest interaction, basic cash handling, customer service experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; must be 18+.

Qualifications

• Comfortable talking and interacting with guests; treat every guest like family.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and customer service preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to handle high-stress and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patrons and creating a welcoming environment.
• Mastery of food and bar menus to answer questions and make recommendations; know dietary restrictions.
• Taking orders from guests and inputting them on Toast POS.
• Processing payments and making correct change; handling credit/debit transactions.
• Stocking server stations and keeping dining area clean and presentable.
• Maintaining clean dishes, sweeping and mopping floors, and waste disposal.
• Assisting food runners and expo team during busy periods.
• Communicating with kitchen staff and FOH to ensure orders are accurate and up to standard.
• Reporting issues to management when orders, spills, or messes occur.
