Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present the menu; inform about specials and upsell.
• Take food orders from guests and relay to kitchen staff.
• Prepare and deliver beverage orders to tables.
• Serve courses promptly and garnish for presentation.
• Total bills and accept payment or refer to cashier.
• Stock workstation, bussing, and reset tables.
• Ensure orders are prepared properly and on time.
• Communicate with staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Answer phones and take orders when needed.
• Maintain neat and orderly dining area.
• Assist in other restaurant areas as needed.
• Open and/or close checklists completion.
• Location: Restaurant; Reports to Manager; Non-Exempt.
