IHOP in Surprise, AZ is seeking a friendly team member to deliver prompt and courteous service. You will greet guests, seat them, take orders, and ensure clean tables between guests while following IHOP SOPs for a high-quality guest experience.

Role requires good English, basic math for payments, and a willingness to learn IHOP brand terminology. Training is provided; uniforms are required, and you’ll work as part of a collaborative team to support guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to read and speak English well enough to understand guest checks and communicate with guests.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and handle problems.
• IHOP training course work as assigned.

Mansioni

• Provide prompt, efficient, courteous service to all guests and assist with seating and serving.
• Handle guest remittance, take guest checks, and assist with payments as required.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables; maintain dining room cleanliness per standards.
• Memorize IHOP terminology and menu knowledge and apply SOP guidelines.
• Stock and rotate supplies in service areas; comply with health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management and participate in N Go program.
