Job summary

Loverboy in San Antonio, TX is hiring a Regular Part-Time Server to deliver prompt, friendly service and become an expert on our menu. You will take orders, manage beverages, check on guests, and coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Must be 18+, hold TABC and Food Handlers certificates, and maintain a polished appearance. This position supports our Pearl opening plans in late 2026 and offers flexible part-time hours in a fast-paced hospitality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have TABC and Food Handlers certification before employment begins.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• 1+ year of relevant experience in a high-volume establishment.
• Well-groomed and professionally dressed following uniform standards.
• Positive and professional attitude in every aspect of the position.
• POS and credit or debit card processing skills.
• Physical ability: stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough understanding of all menu items and answer questions regarding items and their preparation.
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience by taking orders, supplying drinks, checking on guests, and keeping tables clear.
• Foster and maintain a favorable working relationship with all other staff members.
• Operate POS system and process credit and cash transactions.
• Adhere to alcohol awareness procedures and food safety guidelines.
• Ensure food meets high standards in your section and others as needed.
