Azul Hospitality is seeking a courteous restaurant associate to join the Monarch Club Detroit team. You will greet guests, take orders, describe menu items, and ensure accurate cash handling while maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area.

The role requires 21+ years of age, Safe Server certification, and 1–3 years of food service experience. This onsite position offers flexible hours and opportunities for growth within Azul Hospitality properties.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years food service experience preferred.
• Micros POS experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
• Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests in a welcoming and friendly manner.
• Take guest food and beverage orders.
• Describe menu items, ingredients, and methods of preparation.
• Suggest menu products to customers.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables as needed.
• Verify customer age for alcohol service.
• Ensure minors and intoxicated persons are not served alcohol.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and side work.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant area and stations.
• Operate a cash register/POS and handle payments accurately.
• Assist guests professionally and courteously.
