Job summary

EWC Growth LLC. seeks a Guest Service Associate to create an exceptional guest experience while meeting sales goals and assisting management with daily administrative tasks.

You will initiate genuine conversations, educate guests on products and services, and upsell retail items and waxing services. Responsibilities include processing payments, managing reservations, and guiding guests through the app for rescheduling, all while maintaining a welcoming, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Exposure to luxury service preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Good time management and organizational skills; flexibility for events.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of European Wax Center services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and manage reservations.
• Process payments, refunds and reservation requests.
• Inform guests on pre-booking benefits and app usage for rescheduling.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and restrooms.
• Organize the reservation book based on guest requests.
