Job summary

EWC Growth LLC. in Florida seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver a memorable guest experience while meeting sales goals. You will educate guests on services, upsell retail and waxing, and process check-ins, payments and reservations with accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years in customer service or sales, outstanding communication, and a professional appearance. The role requires flexible days, including weekends and evenings, and offers commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including weekends/evenings.
• Maintain a professional appearance per handbook.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of European Wax Center services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and various waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Open and close the center and manage reservations and payments.
• Inform guests on pre-booking benefits and how to use the app to reschedule.
• Organize the reservation book based on guest requests and associate availability.
• Maintain a safe, clean lobby and restrooms.
• Support management with daily administrative tasks.
