Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Supervisor Sales Front Desk to help create memorable vacation experiences for Owners and guests. You will oversee sales activities, coach associates, and ensure the sales gallery reflects the Marriott brand at all times.

The role requires strong guest service skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. You will manage data entry for tours and leads, maintain equipment and supplies, and report to management daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to promote brand image and provide guest experiences.
• Background and drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data entry for sales tours, site packages, and self-generated leads.
• Coach and develop associates.
