Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with owners and guests to ensure complete satisfaction and address questions or concerns.
• Respond to cancellations and escalated issues, coordinating with internal groups to resolve them.
• Oversee Sales Gallery, Front Desk, and Tour Desk operations to maintain high hospitality standards.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics, training documentation, and HR-related processes for sales associates.
