Job summary

Ballast Wax, the European Wax Center franchisee, is hiring a Guest Service Associate at our Pleasant Prairie location. You’ll be the face of the brand, greet guests, educate on services and products, handle phones and reservations, and keep the front desk running smoothly.

Qualifications

• You’re the face of the brand, greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Comfortable educating guests on services and products.
• Able to handle front desk duties, phones, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• You stay calm during busy periods and work well in a team.
• Evenings and weekends availability; part-time and full-time options.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet every guest and provide a professional, enthusiastic welcome.
• Educate guests on services, policies, and what to expect during their visit.
• Answer phones, manage the reservation book, and handle guest inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and front desk area; support opening/closing procedures.
• Educate guests on savings, products, and promotions; help meet sales and rebooking goals.
• Collaborate with the team and participate in ongoing training.
