Ballast Wax European Wax Center is hiring a Wax Specialist in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You’ll perform professional waxing in a private suite, greet guests warmly, and educate on aftercare. Build a loyal book of business with support from a nationally recognized brand.

This role offers in-person, full-time and part-time schedules with base pay plus bonuses and tips. Licensing is required and ongoing development is available.

Qualifications

• Active WI Esthetician or Cosmetologist license required.
• Evenings and weekends availability preferred.
• Excellent guest interaction and product knowledge expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver waxing services in a private suite per brand protocols.
• Greet guests warmly and educate on post-wax care and frequency.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Meet rebooking, product sales, and Wax Pass goals.
