Ballast Wax, a multi-unit European Wax Center franchisee, is seeking a friendly Guest Service Associate for on-site roles at our Glendale, WI location. You will greet guests, educate them about services and products, manage the front desk, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient center that encourages guests to return.

You'll contribute to sales goals while delivering a warm, professional guest experience.

Qualifications
