Job summary

Hard Rock Cincinnati is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to guide guests through the shopping experience and act as a tour guide, communicator, entertainer, memorabilia curator and musician. You will greet guests, handle sales, explain product features, and build lasting guest relations while maintaining stock and store presentation.

The role requires basic math, strong customer service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Two months on-the-job training or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates atmosphere to encourage guests to choose Hard Rock Cincinnati for entertainment.
• Greets guests, answers phone and questions politely.
• Handles cash and uses POS system; maintains cash drawer balances.
• Directs guests to different areas of the property.
• Responsible for Player’s Cards signup.
• Demonstrates product knowledge and features to guests.
• Uses suggestive selling techniques to upsell items.
• Maintains clean, organized store and stock levels.
• Displays products according to visual standards.
• Performs opening/closing and side duties, cleaning and upkeep.
• Ensures guest satisfaction by creating memorable experiences.
• Attends meetings and completes follow-up tasks.
• Performs work regularly and predictably.
