Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for the Rock Shop. You will guide guests through their shopping experience, answer questions, process transactions, and promote Player's Cards. The role blends entertainment with retail, requiring product knowledge and a friendly, engaging persona.

You will maintain storefront presentation, assist with inventory, and support opening/closing duties while delivering exceptional guest service daily.

Qualifications

• Requires on-the-job training or related experience (2 months).
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
• Must successfully pass background check.
• Must successfully pass drug screening.
• Must be eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, answers the phone, and answers questions accurately and politely.
• Processes sales with a POS system; handles cash and other forms of payment; maintains proper cash drawer balances.
• Directs guests to different areas of the property and supports Player's Card signup.
• Demonstrates product knowledge and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintains clean and organized store and inventories; controls stock levels.
• Displays products per Hard Rock visual standards.
• Performs opening/closing and side duties (cleaning, polishing, sweeping, folding).
• Strives for guest satisfaction by creating memorable experiences.
• Attends meetings and completes follow-up as assigned.

Hard Rock merchandise is a unique part of our business, which requires a special person to create the experience. As a Retail Sales Associate (RSA), you will be assuming the role of tour guide, communicator, entertainer, memorabilia curator and musician.Responsibilities:* Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to make Hard Rock Cincinnati their choice for gaming entertainment; responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to team members in order to provide superior guest service.* Greets guests, answers the phone, and answers questions accurately and politely.* Makes proficient sales transactions using a point-of-sale system; handles cash and other forms of payment; maintains proper cash drawer balances.* Directs guests to different areas of the property.* Responsible for Player's Cards signup.* Demonstrates impeccable product knowledge by determining guests’ needs through actively engaging in conversations with them, and informing guests of product features and benefits.* Uses proven suggestive selling techniques (ie.
