The role requires strong P&L management, labor planning, inventory control, and adherence to health and safety standards while developing teams and delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in restaurant management with proven leadership.
• Experience with reservations, scheduling, and financial oversight.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to obtain/maintain food safety certification.
