Bear Creek Mountain Resort is seeking a Reservations Team Member to provide exceptional guest service, handle reservations, and collaborate with multiple departments to meet guest needs. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring accurate data entry, reliable billing, and smooth coordination for special requests.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in basic computer skills and reservations systems
• Able to explain policies and promote packages
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work peak times including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly with correct salutations and etiquette
• Process reservations, changes and cancellations accurately
• Assist guests with dining room, spa reservations and amenities
• Maintain guest history and billing accuracy
• Upsell suites and hotel packages and coordinate with Sales/Engineering as needed
• Input group room blocks and manage group reservations and cut-off dates
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and communicate status to team
