Job summary

Bear Creek is seeking a Guest Services Team Member to enhance the guest experience by assisting guests with winter season services and solutions. You will be the first point of contact, setting expectations for service and ensuring prompt, courteous help across all inquiries.

The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and cash handling skills, with a focus on teamwork and a friendly, professional demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years in guest services or related customer service experience.
• Familiarity with hotel services/features and local attractions/activities is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and emails, check voicemail, and return calls.
• Issue Season Passes and daily tickets.
• Process payments in person.
• Process Gift Cards.
• Issue Employee I.D. cards.
• Update Lost & Found Log and contact guests as needed.
• Communicate effectively with Auditing & IT as needed.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
