Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take all reservations in accordance with SOPs; explain room styles, rates, hours, seasonal activities, packages, and inquiries.
• Answer phones; sell services offered and provide accurate picture of the property.
• Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked work area and perform other duties as assigned.
• Foster positive working relationships with all associates to promote a positive environment.
• Display a calm, attentive approach to solving problems and gathering information to resolve them.
• Determine, communicate, and monitor personal and department achievements and performance standards daily.
