Job summary

VueStay Vacations by Casago in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a Front Desk Specialist to be the primary contact for guests, vendors, and owners, handling phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve questions about reservations and other concerns while maintaining high satisfaction standards.

You will coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams, verify unit availability for vendor visits, and identify potential owner leads to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry preferred.
• 1 year experience in administrative or customer service roles is a bonus.
• Excellent time management and the ability to switch tasks quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and owners via phone, email, and chat.
• Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams; verify unit availability for vendor visits.
• Identify owner leads and pass information to Business Development; maintain cross-team communication.
• Meet company standards for guest satisfaction and inquiry conversion to reservations.
