Job summary

Rent Branson is seeking a Reservations Agent to support Branson-area properties and coordinate with our operations team. You will handle calls, emails, texts, and booking inquiries, updating reservations and ensuring timely information is shared with all departments.

The role rewards calm, clear communication, strong attention to detail, and reliability. A High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service are required, with 5 days/week including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer calls, emails, and texts from guests and team members.
• Promptly communicate updates and issues to guests and colleagues.
• Report, assign, and schedule maintenance tasks to property management.
• Respond to guest complaints with empathy and warmth.
• Maintain reservations and update system notes accurately.
