Job summary

Holiday Hills Resort in Branson, MO is seeking a Front Desk Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for guests during check-in and checkout. You will manage folio transactions, assist with room changes, and support the front desk with reports and general inquiries.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a resort or hotel setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic timeshare software.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate guest check-in/check-out and handle folio transactions.
• Provide information and support to owners/guests; resolve issues with urgency.
• Manage cash handling, end-of-day reports, and key control.
• Assist Marketing Face-to-Face team during check-in and room assignment questions.
