Stillwaters Resort in Branson, MO is seeking a Reservations & Guest Services Representative to join the team. You will handle incoming inquiries, convert calls into bookings, and provide exceptional guest service in a sales-driven hospitality environment.

The role requires friendly, detail-oriented individuals who can work in a fast-paced setting and collaborate with front desk and management to ensure smooth guest experiences. This full-time position offers base pay and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call center, sales, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening.
• Able to handle high call volume.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming reservation calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Convert reservation inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Provide accurate information regarding room types, rates, amenities, and resort policies.
• Assist guests with new reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Upsell room upgrades, packages, and resort amenities when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate guest and reservation records.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals (call volume, conversion, revenue).
• Handle guest concerns with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with front desk and management to ensure seamless guest experiences.
