Holiday Inn Club Vacations is hiring a Front Desk Specialist at Holiday Hills Resort in Branson, MO. You will be the first contact for guests, handling check-ins/outs, folio posting, cash handling, and guest inquiries to ensure an exceptional stay.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience; resort or hotel experience is preferred. The role offers weekends/holidays shifts, strong benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience; resort/hotel preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic hardware knowledge.
• Ability to process folio postings, check-ins/outs, and cash handling.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates guest check-in and check-out and handles folio adjustments.
• Serves as primary contact for guests and owners; answers inquiries and resolves issues.
• Manages cash handling, end-of-day reports, and key control.
• Assists guests with room assignments and reports to maintenance as needed.
