Paramount Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly and professional front desk associate for Floridays Resort Orlando. You will greet guests, check them in and out, and assist with reservations while maintaining a welcoming, efficient lobby experience.

The ideal candidate should excel in verbal and written English communication, handle cash and data entry accurately, and be able to work weekends and holidays with a positive, patient attitude.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proven cash handling and data entry experience.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a welcoming smile and friendly demeanor.
• Process check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a positive experience.
• Obtain guest information, assign rooms, issue keys.
• Collect room charges and other fees.
• Answer phones and direct calls to staff.
• Check and respond to emails.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Inform guests of hotel amenities and offerings.
• Access reservations system to check availability and assist with bookings.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, room service, and security.
• Resolve guest complaints calmly and effectively.
• Report unresolved issues to management.
