Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a friendly and professional guest services associate in Dover, DE. The role focuses on handling hotel room reservations, promoting casino offers, and delivering exceptional guest experiences via phone and online channels.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, call center or hospitality experience, and the ability to input data quickly while maintaining accuracy across multiple systems. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English, plus telephone etiquette.
• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle hotel room reservations and casino offers.
• Input guest information accurately into systems while on calls.
• Respond to guest inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Upsell accommodations and promotional offers when appropriate.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and follow department procedures.
• Multi-task across hotel PMS, CRS, revenue management and call center systems.
