Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a guest services associate in Dover, DE to coordinate hotel room reservations and casino offers. You will excel in a fast-paced call center environment, maintaining guest confidentiality and providing courteous, professional service over the phone.

Responsibilities include inputting data into multiple systems, handling high-volume inquiries, and supporting events with exceptional hospitality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong computer literacy skills.
• Must have excellent written and oral English communication skills, and telephone etiquette skills.
• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
• Must possess excellent hospitality and guest relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Customize guest experience by coordinating and reserving room accommodations, and redeeming offers.
• Lead calls while listening to the guest voice.
• Input information quickly and accurately into systems.
• Upsell accommodations and events as appropriate.
• Maintain guest confidentiality at all times.
• Register guests in player tracking software for events.
