Job summary

Bally's in Dover, DE is seeking a front desk associate to warmly welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and coordinate hotel services. You will process payments, promote amenities, and assist with reservations while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires an outgoing, reliable individual who can work independently, pass a background check, and communicate effectively in English. Weekend/night shifts are scheduled as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests promptly and courteously; coordinate hotel services.
• Register guests and prepare for group check-ins and VIP arrivals.
• Process guest payments according to policies.
• Promote hotel services and provide local information to guests.
• Resolve minor complaints and inform supervisor of major issues.
• Handle reservations and coordinate with VIP Services.
• Maintain departmental accounting and post charges; prepare cashier reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service and adhere to safety policies.
