Job summary

Ridgecrest Conference Center seeks a Reservations Specialist to handle reservation requests and registrations for all group business. You will be a first point of contact, delivering warm, helpful service and creating a positive guest impression.

The role offers both full-time and part-time options, with a starting pay rate of $16.00/hr, and a schedule from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Prior hospitality experience is valued, and the team aims to impact lives for God's glory through

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience.
• Experience using SMS Host or other property management systems (minimum 1 year).
• Office clerical work and/or computer or cashier experience (minimum 6 months).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process individual and group reservation requests via phone and email.
• Process group contracts to create ratesheets and billing codes.
• Coordinate and assign housing for guests and guest groups.
• Collaborate with Sales, Event Coordination, and Front Desk to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Support Front Desk operations on high volume days.
