Ridgecrest Conference Center is seeking a Food Service Worker to support an hospitable dining experience for guests. The role spans front-of-house, back-of-house, dish room, outlets, and storeroom areas to ensure smooth meal service and tidy workspaces.

This seasonal position requires maintaining sanitation standards and assisting with food preparation and service, with a focus on exceptional guest hospitality. The role is on-site and demanding, including holidays and weekends.

Competenze

• High school diploma preferred.
• 0–2 years of related food and beverage experience preferred.
• Willing to learn and work in different areas of the Food Service team.
• Flexible, dependable, organized, and able to manage time and resources effectively.
• Able to work accurately and efficiently in a high-volume setting while maintaining food safety standards.

Mansioni

• Monitor food levels and guest counts with the manager on duty and kitchen team to ensure adequate levels of fresh food.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized workstations, dining room, kitchen areas, and service spaces.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, food preparation guidelines, and food safety procedures.
• Receive, inspect, and store received food products; ensure products are properly stocked, organized, and within date.
• Clean, stack, and dry pots, pans, kettles, utensils, and other items used by culinary staff.
• Assist in food preparation, serving, dish room, outlets, storeroom, and other food service areas as needed.
• Interact positively with guests and team members, providing exceptional customer service and hospitality.
• Complete other assignments as the Shift Leader and/or Supervisor may deem necessary.
