Responsibilities

• Prepare and reset conference spaces according to diagrams, schedules, and event requirements.
• Set up rooms with chairs, tables, staging and furnishings per specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of meeting spaces, storage rooms, and equipment areas.
• Support timely room turnovers between sessions or events.
• Identify and report facility, furnishing, or equipment concerns to the Conference Spaces Manager.
• Communicate professionally with guests and internal partners.
• Follow all safety procedures and equipment handling guidelines.
