Job summary

Aspen Snowmass is seeking a Sales & Reservations Supervisor to oversee office operations, guest service delivery, and the coordination of POS and S3 support systems. The role reports to the School Manager or General Manager and requires a strong customer focus and leadership across departments.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, evaluating personnel, and promoting excellence in guest experiences while supporting revenue growth and operational excellence during the season.

Qualifications

• 1 year of office management experience with focus on guest service and sales operations.
• 3 winter-season runs in the ski industry preferred, with sales/reservations exposure.
• Experience with sales and reservations systems in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize POS, S3 support systems, and admin requirements per SOPs and season initiatives.
• Supervise, schedule, and assign office staff to meet daily needs.
• Support growth, guest experience, and expense management through lesson reconciliation and revenue collection.
