Montage International in Bluffton, SC, is seeking a Recreation Coordinator to assist leadership with booking, coordination, and administrative support for bicycle and golf cart rentals. You will partner with sales, front desk, planners, and concierge teams to ensure seamless reservations and billing.

The role requires strong communication, 2+ years in admin/reservations, and hospitality experience. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook is expected.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in administrative or reservations role.
• 2-3 years of customer service in hospitality or events.
• Strong communication and English skills.
• Familiarity with rental/booking processes.
• Ability to handle billing and math tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and manage bookings in the rental system.
• Monitor voicemails and respond to inquiries and requests.
• Process email bookings and confirm with all parties.
• Address billing questions and relay information to managers.
• Collaborate with sales, front desk, planners, and concierge teams.
• Generate daily reports and input data into the system.
• Train new hires on the booking system to ensure consistency.
