Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a Players Club Ambassador to support guest services and promotions. You will enroll new players, assist in events, and answer questions while promoting casino amenities and hotel bookings.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED, or ability to pass Basic Skills Assessment.
One year of experience in marketing, sales, guest service, promotions, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Basic computer skills including MS Office and familiarity with internet research and email communication.
Money-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintains knowledge of casino amenities, promotions, events, and entertainment for guests and staff.
Assists in execution of casino promotions, events, drawings, and entertainment from setup to teardown.
Promotes player’s club loyalty by educating guests about benefits and enrollment of new members.
Delivers accurate information about guest accounts, points, coupons, and comps in the player’s club system.
