Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking a Food & Beverage Ambassador to handle guest check transactions, seat guests, and coordinate reservations with a focus on friendly, efficient service. You will work with hosts, servers, cooks, and supervisors to ensure a positive guest experience across all touchpoints.

Ideal candidates have cash handling experience, a strong customer-service mindset, and the ability to secure the required gaming license. Band member preference applies where permitted.

Qualifications

Cash handling experience required.
Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Handle guest check transactions promptly and accurately.
Assist guests with seating and tour of venue.
Answer questions and direct concerns to management.
Take reservations and manage seating flow.
Maintain clean, sanitary dining areas per health regulations.
Provide courteous host interactions at all times.
Support team to run efficient, customer-focused service.
Address guest complaints quickly and professionally.
