Job summary

Grand Falls Casino Resort is seeking a guest-focused team member to service existing players via phone, email, and on the casino floor. The role involves acquiring new players, reactivating inactive ones, enrolling club members, and resolving complaints while delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities include coordinating player events, promoting club benefits, coordinating with promotions and entertainment teams, and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission license.
• Demonstrated commitment to guest service and professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with promotions and entertainment teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with player parties, events, phone calls, and related activities.
• Track and provide lists of complimentary offerings for events/parties and invited attendees.
• Promote players club cards and assist with card enrollment.
• Resolve player comments and/or complaints; maintain high guest service standards.
• Maintain clear communication with department on status of projects and promotions.
• Assist Promotions Coordinator with promotions; assist Entertainment Coordinator with concerts and events.
• Develop one-on-one relationships with customers to ensure loyalty to Grand Falls Casino Resort.
• Represent the company professionally on and off property; ensure proper uniform and grooming standards.
• Attend all required training and comply with NRGC rules and regulations.
