You will promote the players club, manage member accounts in the lounge software, answer guest questions, and assist with hotel bookings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in marketing, sales, guest service, promotions, hospitality, or customer service industries preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Money-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of casino amenities, promotions, events, and entertainment; serves as a resource for Guests and Associates.
• Assists in the execution of casino promotions, events, drawings, and entertainment from setup to teardown.
• Promotes player’s club loyalty and educates Guests about club benefits.
• Maintains knowledge of the player’s club system, enrolling new members and handling accounts and redemptions.
• Emcees promotional events professionally and ensures accurate coupon tracking and funds handling.
• Answers incoming calls courteously and directs needs to the appropriate contact.
• Follows proper operational practices within the marketing department and protects Guest confidentiality.
• Upsells properties and amenities and communicates with other departments.
