Qualifications

• Study completed in education may substitute for experience as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with lodging needs and information about local attractions.
• Process reservations, payments, and check-in/check-out activities.
• Maintain front desk appearance and ensure guest safety and privacy at all times.
• Operate a multi-line phone system and relay messages as required.
• Balance shift transactions and prepare daily reports and reconciliations.
