Job summary

Town Pump Hotel Group is seeking a motivated Front Desk Agent in Dillon, MT to deliver Genuine Hospitality and handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and billing at the front desk. You will promote hotel amenities and assist guests with inquiries while upholding brand standards.

The role requires cash handling, data entry, and experience with multi-line phone systems; punctuality and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer for data entry and guest transactions.
• Ability to operate multi-line phone systems and handle cash accurately.
• Strong customer service skills and courteous communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out, reservations, billing, and phone transfers to meet standards.
• Understand hotel operations and use basic computer systems to assist guests.
• Communicate professionally with guests and teammates; be punctual and flexible.
• Maintain front desk area, confidentiality, and complete required training.
• Handle cash, sign out keys, and keep drawers secure.
• Post incidental charges to guest rooms and report issues with services or equipment.
• Assist with breakfast service, laundry, cleaning tasks, and other duties as needed.
• Sell hotel rooms over the phone and in person, explaining amenities and benefits.
