Qualifications

• 1+ year of hotel industry experience preferred; reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and inquiries about bookings, rates, amenities, rooms, rewards, and requests.
• Perform bookkeeping to keep guest information current.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare rooms for new guests.
• Handle customer complaints as needed.
• Check in/out guests, issue keys, record payment information.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
