Job summary

TownePlace Suites Boise Downtown, part of Aimbridge Hospitality, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and uphold service standards in a lively downtown hotel.

You will handle reservations, assist guests with requests, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless stay. Prior front desk or hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm guest service and handle check-ins/check-outs.
