The role emphasizes guest service, strong communication, quick problem-solving, and the ability to juggle reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing with accuracy. Prior hotel experience and familiarity with hotel software are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm guest service and handle check-ins/check-outs.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team to keep operations flowing smoothly.
• Think quickly to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
