Job summary

Target in Miami, FL is seeking a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, assist at checkout, promote loyalty programs, and guide guests through order pickup, Drive Up, and online ordering while keeping the store clean and safe.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-based environment, learn our service standards, and help guests have a positive shopping experience. Training provided; nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and completing daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to solve their needs and inform them about promos, store activities and events.
• Be familiar with Target App features and assist guests with enrollment and usage.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately, maintaining safety and quality.
